BASEBALL/SOFTBALL SESSIONS
Two sessions per week were conducted at the Gozo College Ghajnsielem Primary School for the students from Kinder 1 to Year 6 so that every week 4 classes had the opportunity to play softball. The programme also incorporated a visit by the coaches of Olympia Haarlem of the Netherlands and Softball Klub Princ Zagreb of Croatia who along with Tara Henry conducted a softball fundamentals session for all the students of the school as part of the Erasmus+ Sports: Small Collaborative Partnerships project Inclusion & Gender Equality Through Softball. The programme concluded with a Tee-Ball Challenge for every class of the school. The students from Year 1 to Year 6 played a game of tee-ball at the Ghajnsielem Football Ground.
