RECAP

Għajnsielem Redcoats were overwhelmed by the Mustangs who scored heavily in the early innings. The Redcoats made several uncharacteristic errors on the field, which the Mustangs exploited mercilessly. Għajnsielem Redcoats failed to make an impact with the bat when it mattered, although they managed to score three consolation runs. This was the Għajnsielem Redcoats’ first experience with this form of the game. So despite their record they can still feel proud of their accomplishments, especially considering the fact that this is an all-girls’ team competing against boys teams or teams with just two girls in the line-up at most.
