If the first session of the Softball Coaching Course got the PE teachers interested to promote the sport with their pupils, the second session went some way further as it got them wanting to play the game themselves. The first part of this session was held outdoors at the Luxol Sports Complex, and covered hitting. The session evolved into a batting practice session with many of the teachers making great contact with the ball. For the second part of the session the group moved indoors to the multi-purpose court and focused on fielding and on communication. Once again there was determination from the teachers to master the skills of the game so that they will be able to relay them to their classes once students return to school in October.
