Today’s accomplishments at the Marsa Sports Grounds by our Redcoats had the signature of our supporter from Chicago, Illinois, in the US, Kayla Hurd.

After dedicating time during her short visit in Gozo to help us during our softball training sessions, Ms Hurd went back to Grand Valley State University and convinced her coaches and the heads of her Athletics Department to do something to help our young softball players succeed. Without any hesitation they put together a set of 6 bats and sent them over to us in time for our first game!!!

We will always be indebted to Kayla and her superiors as well as colleagues for their gesture.
