On May 20th, our boys and girls crossed the Gozo Channel for a basketball festival with Luxol Basketball at the Luxol Gym in Malta. It was an excellent performance all around by our boys as well as our girls who shot much better and worked much harder than they did during the last festival held in April.
This was very encouraging for the coaches who worked very hard to get the best out of our players. Credit goes to everyone involved especially the players and the coaches, Maria Angela Caruana, Cynthia Saliba and Anthony Mario Bajada. This will be a very busy week for our basketball players as they have the fourth and final basketball festival with Shamrock Stars on Tuesday, May 23, and then on Saturday morning the Redcoats host Starlites Basketball to close what was a very productive season. Keep it up.
